IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS/ INFORMATION FOR APPLYING ONLINE FOR THE POST OF PGT- H.E.S.-II
Note: Before Applying online candidate must have a scaned copy of passport size photograph. Without photograph candidate cannot apply for the job openings. Size of photograph should be less than 120KB. The extension of photo must be .jpg, .gif or .png
1. The candidates have to apply only on-line on web-site http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in from 07th June 2012 to 28th June 2012 up to 5:00 PM. and generate his/her registration number. Once his/her registration number is generated, he/she should get the print of the form. This allotted registration number slip will be used as identification slip at the time of written test, interview and also counseling, if called for. Candidates need not send any application/Documents by Post.

2. Applicant will be allotted online Registration Number printed on the acknowledgement slip containing the details (Registration number and Password). Candidates are advised to not the registration number and password immediately after generating by the system and keep it with him/her confidentially and should not share it with anybody. HSTSB/ CDAC Mohali shall not liable for any breach done by anyone using the registration number and password shared by the candidate.

3. Thereafter the candidate shall have to report to the designated banker (SBI Bank) along with the downloaded Fee Challan for depositing the fee. Application Fee Rs. 500/- for General Category and Rs. 125/- for Reserved Category of Haryana(SC/BC/ESM/PHC). Last Date for Submission of Fees is 29th May 2012.

4. In case the candidate fails to deposit the fee, his/her application shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing.

5. Candidates may apply for more than one post if eligible, by submitting separate application for each post along with separate processing fee.

6. Only On-line registered application forms will be entertained i.e. application sent by post / in person will not be entertained.

7. Candidates are advised to visit http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in website regularly for updates.

8. If by mistake the candidate has filled in wrong data, he/she can correct the data from 07th June 2012 to 28th June 2012 up to 5:00 PM. By entering his/her registration number and password. Henceforth no editing will be done and thereafter data will be locked and no change will be acceptable/ allowed.

9. The Registration slip will be generated after filing the online form. Get the printout (2 copies) of the Registration Slip - cum - Fee Challan.

10. For any clarifications regarding the online filling of the form, the candidate can call at CDAC Mohali help-line numbers 0172-6619054-55 on all working days from 9:00 am to 5.30 pm. Candidates may also send their queries through e-mail at email address enquiry@cdacmohali.in

11. Candidate will be responsible for any mistakes made by him/ her in the on line application form, Haryana School Teachers Selection Board & C-DAC Mohali shall not be responsible or liable in any way.

12. The venue date and time of Test/counseling will be available on the website http://hstsb.gov.in Candidates will not be informed individually about the result and counseling schedule.

Note 1. Consistent good academic record implying that out of the lower qualification i.e.
Matric/10+2/Graduation than requisite minimum qualification, one must secure at least
50% marks in two lower exams and 45% marks in third lower exam. If there are only two
lower exams, than one must secure at least 50% marks in one exam and 45% marks in
another.
Note 2. A one time exemption of HTET/STET has been granted to the candidates who have worked
for minimum 4 years till 11.04.2012 in privately managed Govt. Aided Schools, Recognized
Schools and Govt. Schools. Candidate must be in service on 11.04.2012 in addition to being
in position on the date of applying for the said post. They will have to qualify HTET not
later than 1st April 2015 otherwise their services will be terminated automatically.
Qualification / eligibility conditions and certificates will be determined with regard to last
date fixed for submission of online applications also called as closing date given in the
advertisement.
Note 3. One time exemption certificate for HTET/STET & one time upper age relaxation certificate
from Head of the Institute is required to be verified by DEO & counter signed by Director of
Secondary Education of the concerned State. One time implies that an applicant can apply
only once for a particular category of post in the first advertisement. No such exemption
will be granted in the subsequent advertisement.
Note 4. A person who has passed HTET/STET without the qualification of B.Ed. before the date i.e.
11.04.2012 of notification of Service Rules concerned, shall be considered eligible for the
post of PGT.
Note 5. Candidates having qualified Certificate of HTET/STET conducted by Board of School
Education Haryana, Bhiwani only will be eligible.
Note 6. A member of Service appointed by the direct recruitment shall be liable to serve for a
continuous period of five years in the rural area from the date of appointment.
Note 7. 33% posts are reserved for women of Haryana (horizontal reservation).

Note 8. Reservation in SC, BC, ESM and PHC is only for Haryana State.
Note 9. Degrees/Diploma/Certificate from institution/University not recognized by Department of
Education, Haryana will not be eligible.
Note 10. 5% relaxation in qualifying marks allowed for SC and PHC candidates.
Note 11. Physically Handicapped Candidates means Physically Challenged/Persons with
Disabilities.

Note 13. In case of any guidance/information/clarification regarding the online filling of the form

The prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for
interview. In the event of number of applications being large scale the Haryana School Teachers
Selection Board (HSTSB) may short list the candidates for interview by holding a written
examination or on the basis of academic criteria or percentage cut off to be adopted by the Board.
The decision of the Board in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application,
eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of, and criteria for selection etc. will be final and
binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
